The 100-01661 fills that role: a 1G SFP that pushes gigabit Ethernet up to 100m over Category copper, sliding into a standard SFP cage on Calix equipment. It is coded to match the Calix host so the switch reads it as its own part and forwards traffic without a configuration step, and it reports live diagnostics over DDM once linked. Copper reach of 100m covers the horizontal run from a closet switch to an edge device.
