280-0132-00 Cyan Compatible 1G SFP BiDi 40km SMF Transceiver

A 1G BiDi SFP for single-strand SMF spans reaching up to 40km, the 280-0132-00 is the Cyan-coded version of exactly that: one gigabit, single fiber, upstream end, over a simplex LC. As the BX-U unit it terminates the upstream side of a BiDi pair and works against a matching downstream module at the far end, which is what lets a full-duplex gigabit ride a single strand instead of two. It seats in Cyan platforms and links up with no configuration step, reporting real-time diagnostics over DDM once the fiber is in.
