Built for extended-reach 10G links, the BTI-DW-ER-21-SFP+ is an ER-grade SFP+ that steps up from standard long-reach optics for spans where more link budget is needed. It seats in a standard SFP+ cage, presents to the host as the Telco Systems part it replaces, and comes online with no configuration step. Once traffic is up, the ER module reports real-time status over DDM.
