Fixed to a single DWDM wavelength on the ITU grid, the DWDM-SFP-10GE-80-51.72 carries 10G over single-mode fiber as one channel of a dense-wavelength mux plan. The duplex LC pair terminates the span, and the optic is coded to bring up on Juniper platforms as a recognized DWDM SFP+. It drops in hot with no configuration required and reports DDM telemetry so the channel can be monitored in service.
