ET7402-ER4 EdgeCore Compatible 100G QSFP28 40km SMF Transceiver

Where 100G has to reach across town rather than across the room, the ET7402-ER4 covers the extended span — up to 40km of single-mode fiber — as the optic for that job. It is a QSFP28 module running 100G over SMF, terminating inter-site and metro links through a duplex LC face. The 40km SMF budget is the spec that separates it from short-reach 100G and places it on the longer haul, where a fabric edge has to reach a second facility rather than the next rack.
