GLC-BX-D-RGD-40KM Cisco Compatible 1G SFP BiDi 40km SMF Transceiver

Working over a single strand rather than a fiber pair, the GLC-BX-D-RGD-40KM is a 1G BiDi SFP reaching 40km across one strand of single-mode fiber. As the BX-D (downstream) end of a BiDi pair, it terminates one side of the link through a simplex LC connector and comes up coded for Cisco hosts with no configuration step. The single-fiber design and full 40km reach make it the downstream half of a BiDi run where a second strand isn't available, and it reports live diagnostics over DDM.
