Dropping in the PAN-10G-DWDMCh47 is a straight swap for the Palo Alto part on ITU DWDM channel 47 at 1516.41nm, holding the same fixed wavelength in the mux plan. It is a 10G DWDM SFP running over single-mode fiber on a duplex LC pair, coded to the Palo Alto host so it enumerates as a native module with no configuration required. Once linked it streams real-time optical diagnostics over DDM. Because it lands on the same channel-47 slot at 1516.41nm as the optic it replaces, it slots into the existing DWDM design as the channel-47 member without disturbing neighboring wavelengths.
