The SFP-SDB-GE-S10K is a 1G BiDi SFP that runs a single strand of single-mode fiber to 10km, working both directions over one fiber through a simplex-LC connector. As the BX-D (downstream) unit it terminates the downstream end of a BiDi pair, seating in a standard SFP cage and coming up coded to the host with nothing to configure.
