XCVR-A10S55 Ciena Compatible SFP BiDi 10km SMF Transceiver

Read out fully, the XCVR-A10S55 is a 1G single-fiber BiDi SFP reaching 10km over single-mode fiber on a simplex LC face — the Ciena-coded version of exactly that. As the BX-U upstream unit it terminates one end of a BiDi pair, so the link rides a single strand where running a second isn't practical. Matched to its downstream partner it completes the pair, and it feeds DDM diagnostics to the host for real-time link monitoring.
